**LOCAL CHICAGOLAND CANDIDATES ONLY**

Aqueity is looking for two high-performing IT Sales Partners to join our growing team! The successful candidates will have a proven track record of acquiring new logos. For the past 25 years, Aqueity has been providing exceptional IT managed services and cybersecurity solutions.

Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for full-time business developer to drive B2B lead generation in a direct sales role. These positions are based in Lombard, IL, with a national territory. Compensation is competitive, with base salary plus commission resulting in an unlimited upside.

Responsibilities include:

· Find new business through direct outreach (calls, meetings, networking events, etc.) to the market in search of prospects

· Generate leads for organizations that fit our target customer profile

· Identify opportunities for Aqueity’s specific service offerings and products – managed IT services, cyber security services, project work and related products

· Refine and execute Aqueity’s pursuit strategy by targeting segments (industry, company and/or individual profiles)

· Use a consultative sales methodology to connect with prospects – listening for their needs and matching Aqueity’s offerings to their business problems

· Represent the Aqueity brand by sharing the Aqueity story and success stories like those faced by the prospect(s)

· Facilitate technical discovery, with help of sales engineering, to arrive at the right solution(s)

· Qualify opportunities and assist in the scoping process

· Develop proposals, clarify the value proposition, and close deals

· Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, and subject matter experts to deliver persuasive messaging

· Maintain pipeline and manages key performance metrics including forecasting of deals

· Work with partners and channels to map shared accounts and pursue strategic opportunities

· Display confidence in presenting solutions to business owners and C-suite as well as interaction with all other levels of personnel

Requirements:

· 4-year college degree in technology, business, or sales/marketing

· Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales in IT or professional services

· 3-5 years of relevant experience selling IT solutions and/or Cyber Security services strongly preferred

· 3-5 years of solid work history in IT Managed Services, Cybersecurity and/or IT consulting strongly preferred

· Proven track record of lead generation and meeting/exceeding sales targets

· Experience in the tech space, with a network of contacts within the industry

· Skilled problem solver with creative approaches to interact with hard-to-reach buyers

· Displays a high degree of resiliency, thriving in dealing with challenges

· Comfortable working independently and when needed as part of a larger pursuit team

· Capable of connecting with buyers in an authentic way, building rapport and instilling confidence

· Ability to demonstrate a mix of technical and business skills and speak with authority in these areas

· Familiar with sales automation tools, lead list building, and pipeline management

Compensation: $70-110K plus bonus and commission

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
